Job Overview

Hello!

We are an association for home staging professionals (the HSA) and we looking for a pro-active and organised VA to help us with implementing and managing our courses on Thinkific, and our funnels and email workflow automations.

We want to maximise our course sales and membership conversion, so it's important that you understand how that works so we can stay on track!

Once that is implemented, we will need help with maintaining it, and also admin work around membership control and course admin, which includes ads management as well.

We want you to be part of the team and to take action and responsibilites for yourself. We will teach what to do and will guide you through the tasks, but we won't micromanage you. You will need to stay on top of what's coming in, what is pending, etc.

Some experience with FB ads is desirable, as you will need to manage ads to promote the courses as well.

 

Practical Information:

 

- Position: Part-time

- Working hours: 20h/week

- Timezone: London (GMT)

- Salary: $160

- Salary payment dates: Monthly

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Marketing

- Develop and implement sales funnels for our membership and courses

- Liaise with social media and content manager to align actions (ie. webinar launch etc)

- Develop, implement and monitor email workflow for our courses and memberships for sales increase and retention

- Create and monitor ads (FB and Google)

- Create Newsletters to promote courses and membership

- Create email templates (welcome, renewal, etc)

 

Admin

- Add and/or update courses in our courses platform (Thinkific) 

- Edit/update course pages  (Thinkific. Includes creating course pages from scratch, but it's very easy)

- Monitor course sales

- Monitor membership conversions/renewals

- Answer general queries from members or students

- Moderate students group 

 

Content

- Create copy for course descriptions and course ads (you will be given information)

 

Partnerships & Contacts

- Assist with identifying and contacting new partners other associations and brands) when requested

- Assist with contacting new potential members when requested

- Research for new contacts to be contacted when requested

- Create spreadsheets when requested

 

 

SUGGESTED SCHEDULE

20h/week

4h per day Monday to Friday
