The Brinks is a Credit Restoration company in USA which provides services across the entire nation.
We are hiring for a inside and outside Sales and Customer Service Agent position, working with Credit Repair Clients over the phone remotely from your home office.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to,
- Calling in-bound Leads and providing credit repair consultations to help clients enroll into our credit restoration service.
- Cold calling and follow-up calls for lead generation.
- Managing Sales Promotions and Advertising.
- Providing Customer Support for existing clients and helping new clients that are calling in to enroll into our credit repair services.
- Helping with Customer Retention.
- Data entry
- Past Due Bill reminder phone calls.
- Sending Results to existing clients and following up on any changes or requirements.
- Working with affiliates and team leaders to verify sales and data.
- Providing Education to our clients and new affiliates regarding Credit.
- Setting up calendar meetings when needed and performing all office required tasks.
Monday - Friday (40) Hours per week
Must have a quiet and reliable home office with a reliable internet connection and computer.
Must feel comfortable working with a camera and voice recording system during work hours.
Must have Sales and Customer Service experience.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Must speak fluent English.
