We are looking to hire a customer service assistant to over see our emails and social media accounts.
- Responding promptly to customer emails
- Answering questions/ queries
- Moderating our Facebook page (removing any negative posts/ comments)
- Moderating Instagram comments
Time Zone: GMT Majority of our customers are in the UK so it's best if you are able to work within this time zone.
Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm
- Good written English skills
- Time management
Salary $250 a month with bonuses
