Job Overview

Hello, we are from Singapore. We are looking for a new superstar to work remotely from the Philippines business operations are in Singapore) to help us with our day-to-day work for about 45 mins to 90 mins a day. 

This is for anyone who: 

    1.    Has a smart phone and laptop, with a fast mobile data plan

    2.    Likes to use his/her phone/ laptop

    3.    Is able to provide excellent customer service

    4.    Is able to use photoshop/ illustrator/ InDesign (we don’t expect InDesign to be used much)

    5.    Has good attitude and is motivated to close orders

    6.    Has good English proficiency 

You must be wondering what you’ll be expected to do so here they are: 


Instant chat agent

Our first contact with any leads/ returning customers is usually via our website’s instant chat. You’ll be on the other end of this instant chat to charm our leads. 

We will quote and take orders via this instant chat too so you’ll have to quickly see what customers want to print and be able to quote them. Speed is key. 

There is an iOS/ Android app for you to use to chat with leads. It can be accessed via your laptop’s web browser too. 


File management

Customers will send us their files for printing and we organize their files very neatly in the cloud. You’ll have to save them there so that we can access them in Singapore for printing. 


Customer relationship management (CRM)

We log our orders and customers’ details on an online CRM system. This system is very important as it allows us to very quickly and efficiently check back what customers ordered, their contact details, any other pointers that will help us provide a better and more responsive customer service if and when they return to purchase again. 


Booking of courier service

We operate fully online so most of our purchases are delivered to customers by courier. We’ll need your help to book this courier service online and to store the delivery labels in the cloud. 



Sometimes, customers may look to have us help them design their name cards/ other marketing collateral. We’ll leave the designing part to you. Hence the need for your capabilities in photoshop/ illustrator/ InDesign. Even better if you have a keen eye for design!

You’ll have access to some online stock resources to streamline and speed up your work. 


Sending orders to print 

To look through print files for name cards or other marketing collateral to make sure that they are ready for print, and to submit these files to our supplier’s ordering system. Hence the need for your capabilities in photoshop/ illustrator/ InDesign. 



Fixed base of 5500 pesos + variable component (4% of the orders you manage - this component could range from 4,000 pesos to 7,000). For each name card you design/ design work for other marketing collateral, you’ll get 200-400 pesos.

Mobile data allowance of 200 PHP.

Remuneration will be paid to you monthly in PHP.
