Job Overview

Looking for a virtual assistant with graphic design skills to join my growing social media agency and consultancy.


Excellent written English skills is essential for this role as responsibilities will include content creation for both internal purposes and external clients. 


Responsibilities may include:

  • Creation of high quality custom graphics for social media posts

  • Content/ marketing ideas research

  • Writing of informative and educational captions for social media posts.

  • Social media hashtag strategy

  • Management of Facebook group and maintaining internal records of members.

  • Clear communition with myself of progress on projects.

  • Organisation of live virtual events

  • Creation/Maintenance of simple website pages

  • Email marketing


Ideal candidate will use Adobe Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator for the creation of graphics. 

Desired but not essential:

  • Video editing skills

  • Experience writing sales copy

  • Experience listing products on e-commerce platorms such as Amazon, eBay & Etsy.

Initially looking to hire on a part time basis (12  hours per week) with a view to grow with the company and work full time providing work is to the standard required.

One week paid trial will be required for the successful candidate.
