We are a real estate consulting firm that does work all over the United States.


We are searching for an energetic and detailed-oriented strategic thinker to provide high-level support to the MANAGER and be his right hand.  We use insight and perspective to actively collaborate with their clients in designing more effective strategies.


By taking on this key role, you’ll constantly be working with team members and leaders, both internal and external. You will have an insider look at how an entrepreneurial and innovative firm scales and operates, from the vantage point right beside the MANAGER.


This role is essential to the smooth and successful completion of the MANAGER’s most vital tasks and requires an independent learner with integrity to go above and beyond every day. You should be ambitious, extremely organized, and come committed to work hard and eventually leverage this position as a key development opportunity towards a leadership role. Your runway in this role is long and wide. If you are someone who can function quickly and efficiently, someone who cares deeply about executing to the highest standard every time, and are eager to meet and learn from their extensive network of relationships—we want to talk to you ASAP.


What will you do?


Key Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Attend virtual meetings and take detailed notes and summarize next states;

  • Ensure that the MANAGER is informed of key developments within and outside the company and prepare him for upcoming commitments – meeting agendas and background information, coordinate with all parties to create meeting decks etc.;

  • Publish notes from management meetings, documenting key decisions, and taking the lead around completing action items.

  • Support the MANAGER’s seamless management of an executive team comprised of a spectrum of personalities and professional styles, acting as a linchpin for cross-team and business line collaboration. 

Special Projects

  • Consider yourself the MANAGER’s analyst. You should be ready to dive into any project thrown your way, whether it relates to social media strategies, website design, data analysis, research other independent contractors and vendors

  • Identify, assume ownership and manage cross-functional operations and special projects that don’t have a clear home within the organization

  • Maintain database of contacts



  • Manage and defend the time of the MANAGER, triaging, and discerning from requests that require the MANAGERs’ time versus requests that can be satisfied by delegating to other members of the team.

  • Answer phones and screen calls
