We are looking for an experienced Digital Community Support and Lead Manager to join on a full-time contract basis to be in our Facebook group and on our Facebook page, engaging with our members with the aim of persuading them to book a free call with our team so they can get help and change their life.

We need a person with a go-getter attitude and a high-performance mindset who will be proactive and has the ability to connect with people via commenting and direct messaging on Facebook. 

The candidate will need to be available on flexible hours to engage all throughout the day when clients are active. This role is responsible for ensuring that we consistently interact and attract a steady flow of high-value clients through the use of direct contact on social media. Hence, this role requires someone who is a highly performance-focused, independent, empathic, and creative thinker as well as excellent English written skills.

Duties included but are not limited to:

  • Responding to questions and addressing all concerns of prospect clients on digital platforms, predominantly social media.

  • Provide prospects with empathetic support and encouragement and explain how we can help them if they are ready.

  • Ensure the social media post questions, comments, and inquiries are attended to quickly and efficiently at all times.

  • Participate in the entire sales process from pre-sales to post-sales support.

  • Collaborates with the team in order to ensure efficient client servicing and client satisfaction.

  • Constantly seeks to improve our lead generation and nurture programs and seeks new ways to generate quality leads and opportunities to support our sales team and reach our lead generation goals.

  • Maintain or enhance WOT branding by building strong relationships with clients and coordinating with the business partners through regular direct business interaction.

  • Proactively solve any and all problems related to the job.

  • Connect online to increase customer service and engagement.

  • Ensure that the brand message is consistent across all platforms/media

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent in English (both writing and speaking)

  • Strong persuasion skills

  • 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Sales/Marketing - With a focus on having a high-growth mindset and desire to continually learn and improve. 

  • You have the ability to work in a team environment and work autonomously to achieve objectives and KPI's.

  • Utmost confidentiality with client information

  • Has a strong understanding of the digital space and online platforms.

  • An unstoppable passion for online Sales, Marketing & Social Media … and great knowledge and experience that have already led to proven results

  • Experience and skills including social media strategy

  • Organized, dedicated, reliable, attention to detail, and grammar.

  • You have a solid and stable high-speed internet connection

  • Must be able to juggle multiple clients/projects at the same time

  • Incredible attention to detail

  • Full understanding of all social media platforms

  • Advanced problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of content management systems
