Job Overview

Distinct Management is looking to hire a customer relations person to respond to all leasing leads quickly answering questions, providing information and scheduling tours of available apartments.  We need someone who will be responding to all leads between the hours of 7am - 2Pm Eastern Standard daily at a mininum.   If this person is successful in this position, we can offer more hours.   Distinct Management was formed in 2004, it is located in Bloomington, IN home of Indiana University.  The majority of leads that come in are for students both in the United States and internationally.  

We are looking for someone who has a sense of urgency for responding to incoming messages.   Responding quickly and following up with previous emails (even when they havent responded in a day) can drive business and create a higher probability of conversion to apartment being leased.  We want this person to help present the best options to the potential tenant based on the information they have provided as well as ask questions to create the highest probability of sucess.  

 We can pay every 2 weeks.
