Job Duties and responsibilities

  • As a Customer Success Rep, you will handle the following tasks.


  • Answers incoming calls


  • Make outbound calls as needed


  • Resolve or assign help desk tickets within SLA time frames


  • Make outbound calls as directed


  • Handle all customer interactions in a polite and courteous manner


  • Follow all processes, procedures, and policies as they pertain to tasks.


  • Updating notes and tasks


  • Other tasks as directed


  • Solve customer issues following policy and procedure guidelines


  • Handle inbound text and live chat messages.


Starting Compensation and Benefits and Working hours

  • Pay is Weekly via Wise(formerly Transferwise) and we prefer to pay it directly to your E-Waller(GCash or Paymaya)


  • While on Training - $400 USD/monthly PLUS Overtime Pay- Training lasts 2-4 weeks.


  • Pass the training period and you'll be endorsed under Probation - $500 USD/monthly PLUS Overtime Pay - Probation can last up to 3 months depending on the CSR's performance evaluation.


  • Pass the probationary period and you'll get the Regular Team Member's Rate of $150/week or $600 USD/monthly PLUS Overtime Pay.


  • FROM$400USD TO$600USD THEN A Performance-Based Salary Increase


  • Weekday Shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST


  • Rotational Saturday Shift 8:30 - 5:30 We rotate the Saturday shift between CSRs.


  • If you know how to speak and write in Spanish, an additional Incentive will be provided.
