Job Overview

Hi there! We run an online art marketplace that sells paintings, drawings, collages, and other artworks. We are seeking an assistant to help with various functions: logistics, bookkeeping, scheduling, email communication, and sales support.

We plan to pay our assistant between $300-500 per month, depending on their experience level, for 40 hrs/week.

We are a fully remote team but we would love for someone to be available during (or around) our working hours. Ideally, your typical working hours would be from 8am EST to 4pm EST, Monday through Friday.

The most frequent needs that we have are as follows:

  1. Generate shipping labels (via FedEx)

  2. Assist with bookkeeping (via Quickbooks) and general administrative tasks

  3. Assist with scheduling and email

  4. Assist with outbound email communication to our customers (via MailChimp)

We could also use support with other areas – such as posting on social media, fielding customer support inquiries, and assisting with payments.

Prior experience with Quickbooks and Mailchimp would be amazing, but is not required – we’re happy to train the right candidate.
