We are looking for multiple technical support representatives. Our company owns automation checkout software in the sneaker and retail industry.
Our team will work with you hand in hand to make sure you understand how to use the software.
Tasks will include
- Provide Chat based technical support to our customers in a fast-paced 24x7 environmen
- Develop solutions and utilize standard operating procedures for improving customer satisfaction
- Communicate with the management team and developers to improve product functionality and resolve issues
Must be able to work USA time. Looking for 20 to 40 hours per week.
