Job Overview

We are recruiting a Campaign Manager for our voice qualified leads operation.

Responsibilities:

- Management of multiple campaigns 

- Creation, update and analysis of reports (Data performance, Agent performance and QC)

- Supervision and coordination with Systems, Tech Suppport and Admin team

- Team manage: agents (2 groups of 10)

- Supervise recruitment

- Onboarding new agents

- Coordination of Agent Training team

 

Requirements:

- Advanced English

- Advanced knowledge of ViciDial

- Advance knowledge of Excel

- 3 years (minimum) of experience working in call centers

 

Working Schedule:

- Monday - Friday from 9 am till 6 pm (BST)
