Tasks will include but shall not be limited to the following (MUST BE PROFICIENT IN USING Buildium, Google Sheets, & Microsoft Excel). Good writing, speaking, and communication skills are required. Applicant must be fluent in speaking and writing in English.
Answering, returning, and de-escalating all incoming calls within normal business hours. Assisting tenants, owners, and Real Estate Agents with queries, concerns, & complaints.
Responding to any incoming company text messages via the company phone system.
Remaining courteous and respectful (at all times) to all customers, clients, tenants, and staff at all times.
Responding to company emails & voicemails.
Lead management. Following up and retaining any incoming leads (using multiple company systems), scheduling appointments as needed, and handling or forwarding any sales calls as instructed.
Process and monitor lease renewals, and move out requests for all tenants.
Coordinating and scheduling move in, move out, quarterly, and owner elected property inspections and services.
US Based Company. Full time position. Employee must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (CST)
