Client Success Manager
The Client Success Manager works with the General Manager to communicate, manage and build relationships with clients in order to retain them for the long term.
Orb 27 is a B2B Lead-Generation Agency. We help our clients generate high-quality appointments with their target market and get new clients.
We're looking for a Client Success Manager, who will be responsible for managing, communicating, and handling all client communications on a weekly basis.
Our clients are based out of the US or Australia, so we need an excellent A+ English speaker and communicator, both via Email and Phone.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Communicate with the internal team on a daily basis to get up-to-date information on the client's project progress.
2. Host Weekly and Bi-Weekly Zoom Calls with every client to discuss the progress on the projects.
3. Listen to the client's ideas, feedback, and concerns - then relay them to the internal team.
4. Becoming well-versed with our internal offerings and process, so you can handle client's questions and queries or concerns.
5. Your responsibility to keep the client happy and satisfied with the project on a weekly basis.
Skills and Experience:
1. You must be extremely well at communicating with clients in English via Phone or Email, almost as much as a Native US/Australian.
2. You must be experienced in working with US/Australia-based companies.
3. You must have experience in Client Management.
