Job Overview

MaiI am looking for Bookeeping / Accountant for our growing business for long term basis that can fulfil tasks faster and more accurate as well as completely fluent in English

 

Assisting and supporting the Director in the exercise of his functions and responsibilities, including but not limited to:


  • Automated data entry

  • Proficient in Quickbooks Onlins

  • Accurate bookeeping

  • A/P, A/R

  • Prepare financial report

  • Prepare accurate Management Report

  • Budgeting and Forecast

  • Banking, Reconciliation, Journal

  • Effective and efficient

  • Inventory and Warehouse Management

  • Payroll

  • Maintain Company Confidential Information

  • Invoice Factoring

Skills:


  • Proficiency in MS Office such as Excel, Powerpoints, Word etc

  • Writing (formal & non-formal)

  • Proficient in formal English (not day-to-day English); speaking and understanding formal English

  • Proficient in Quickbooks online and other integration tools for efficiency

 

It is full time of 40 hours per week and candidates must be committed to complete assigned tasks. Note that this is in-house role to perform duties for internal companies tasks only.

 

Requirements


  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in Bookeeping and Accounting

  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, Google Hangout, Skype, WhatsApp, Quickbooks Online, Warehousing system

  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets MS Office, G Suite)

  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Solid organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail, likes to double and triple check work for mistakes

  • Accuracy, active listening, ability to follow directions, ability to work independently, assertiveness, analytical, energetic, diplomatic, detail oriented, flexible, follow through, initiative, good judgment, motivated, multi-tasking, maintain confidential information, reliable, self-confidence, working quickly and well under pressure

 

Home Based Requirements:


  • Quiet, home office free of distractions, punctual with check-in and check-out daily

  • Fast and Reliable Internet Connection with minimal downtime regardless of weather

  • Fast computer with high quality video, headset and microphone

  • Ability to work the night shift to overlap with the Director in Los Angeles (01 am to 09 am PHT / 10 am to 6 pm PDT)
