Responsibilities


  • Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits

  • Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry

  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output

  • Creating technical reports for clients

  • Submitting/Applying for licenses within various agencies

  • Receive and confirm inventory

Qualifications


  • Proficient with data-based tracking systems

  • BA/BS Degree from a four-year accredited university or equivalent work experience in a similar role or industry

  • Strong organizational skills and critical thinking skills

  • Strong and clear communication skills – written and verbal

  • Computer literate – must have access to Window’s operating system

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Strong time-management skills

  • Ability to understand and maintain records with a superior degree of accuracy

  • Ability to work with a diverse team within various disciplines throughout the company

  • Dependable, diplomatic person, able to problem solve successfully
