Job Overview:

We provide a service of lead generation so the Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the work of the lead generation managers is done properly and on time. We have daily and monthly targets to achieve. The quality manager will have to ensure that those are met and that the work is done with the highest quality possible for each lead generation campaign we have to undertake.

The candidate must be highly motivated, a self-starter, pro-active, and detailed oriented.

At first, the job will be part-time and in the longer run full-time.

The responsibilities and duties of the job are the following:


  • review customer requirements and make sure they are met

  • set standards for quality

  • work with lead generation managers to establish quality requirements for the lead generation campaigns

  • set up and maintain procedures

  • make sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors

  • train and manage the team

  • recruit new team members when necessary

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:


  • 4+ years past experience in lead generation required: bring extensive knowledge and understanding of B2B and B2B2B lead generation.

  • Exceptional knowledge of sales, marketing, and development processes.

  • Recruitment skills

  • Knowledge of Linkedin Sales Navigator, Airtable.

  • Strong leadership, sales support project management, and training skills.

  • Forward thinking and should possess problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail is essential

  • Fluent in English.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
