Are you the BEST Real Estate Property Manager? Are you looking for your next challenge?



I am looking for a highly organized, very assertive assistant that is punctual and learns fast. You will be working with CEO of the company making sure that all the offers for properties, applications for rental properties, leases, prospecting, property management and social media is run smoothly.



You will receive personal one on one training as well as daily skype video meetings and will have a one on one google chat all directly with the CEO.



Aplicants will ONLY be considered if you meet the following criteria:

Must have a minimum of 2 years in real estate or property management (Must be for an Australian company)

Experience in using "Inspect Real Estate"

Experience in processing applications as well as making phone calls, you will outline this in your cover letter

Experience in booking Maintenance requests online and making phone calls

Experience in adding notes to Entry, Exit and Routine Reports

Experience in booking appointments and time management

Experience in responding to Email Enquiry from Tenants or buyers

Experience in social media marketing required

Minimum Internet Speed 5 MBPS

MUST own a PC/Laptop with minimum requirements of Intel i3 with 8GB RAM or above and WEBCAM

Available for FULL TIME ONLY - Must be happy to work Saturday AEST Time with a rostered day off during the week

Must speak English fluently and have a high level of writing skills





Highly regarded, but not necessary:

Experience in a sales support role

Eperience with real estate program "Our Property"

Experience using Eagle CRM

Experience in creating CMA's for Rentals and Sales

Experience using Real Works

Your hours will be AEST 9:00am to 6:00PM Monday to Friday, with your choice of Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off is you are required to work Saturday.



Your Tasks:

Process applications

Create new leases for approved applicants and process tenant onboarding

Arrange and Co-ordinate maintenance and repairs with tenants and tradespeople

Preparaing of rental paperwork including lease agreements, rental authorities and bonds

Prepairing of contracts of sale and agency agreements

Annotating inspection reports

Assist in the preparation of rental & sales marketing material

Ensure communications are all responded to within a timely manner (for sales and rental enquireies)

Manage multiple software applications

Attend to ad hoc tasks from time to time when required

Book appointments

Prospecting

Look after social media & creating content
