Hiring - Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Work from home: Up to $4.00-$8.00/hr w/ possible bonuses.

Position: Fulltime Flexible time and can work in weekends or be on the call on the weekends.

Real estate company based out of Georgia USA. Direct hire work from home position. If you love to talk and to help people, answering email, contract management, assisting the team with our projects (Project management), calendar schedule and management and can do ADMIN STUFF, we’ve got the role for you! We’re looking for outgoing, self-motivated people, willing to work every weekends, someone who is dependable and doesn't want to commit mistake to fill the position. Real estate and admin experiences are plus!!


• Primary duties include email and calendar management.

• Contract and Project Management.

• Calendar schedule and management.

• Understand client needs to more effectively offer solutions and support.

• Provide up to date information regarding clients and where they are in the home selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently.

• Outbound calling, email communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle to ensure the needs of our customers are met. (Every weekends or depending on the need)


• Extremely strong phone skills

• Speak and write English effectively with confidence

• Positive, enthusiastic motivated, and solution-oriented

• Familiarity with CRM’s or ability to learn new systems quickly

• Driven to succeed

• Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken

• Proficient in writing and handling documentation

• You love scripts and use them to their maximum potential

• Has excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills


• Working high-speed laptop or desktop

• DSL Internet - 10mbps or higher

• Headset with noise cancelation

• Home-office setup with a quiet location

• Must have backups or secondary equipment in case of power or internet interruptions.
