Job Overview

Part time Virtual Assistant required for a cleaning business in Byron Bay & Gold Coast, NSW.

Hi, we are a team of three lovely ladies based in Australia, all working from home, managing Byron & Beyond Cleaning Services. We have 20 cleaners and clean around 200 homes and businesses each week. We are looking for a superstar VA to join our team to cover the phones and emails over the weekend.

HOURS: - Saturday & Sunday 9am-5pm (Sydney Australia time). With 1 hour lunch break - 1 week day per week (day and time negotiable) - Total 20 hours per week to begin with, with the potential for more to increase to full time.

REQUIREMENTS: Must have: - Fluent spoken and written English - Super fast internet connection for answering the phones on Saturday and Sunday - Successful applicant will perform a large range of tasks - Must have a 'can-do' attitude - Be very tech savvy and have a willingness to learn all of our systems. We can teach you a lot if you are a quick learner and have the right attitude.

Skills: - Personal Virtual Assistant - Customer service/support - Good phone manner - Data entry

Desirable skills: - Sales and Marketing - Social Media - Copywriting.

PAYMENT Salary paid weekly on a Tuesday evening.

  • Eveliina works from home on Monday & Tuesday. Has 2 kids. Loves yoga and vegan food. New to Administration since starting with Byron Beyond Cleaning one year ago.
  • Jade works from home on Wednesday to Friday. Husband from Lombok, Indonesia. Has one son. Loves Zumba workout classes and accounting. Experienced administrator.
