Hello,


Thank-you for your interest in this position. I am the Chief Executive Officer of an an e-commerce company based in Canada and focused on the natural health industry. We have been in business for a number of years and are now looking for a part-time VA to join our growing team.


Our company is unique in that we are a “social enterprise”. In particular, we have a non-profit focus and donate a significant portion of profits to charities that work to assist communities in need across the world. We believe that good business should be about more than just turning a profit.


In addition, our company is unique in that it is run predominantly by strong independent women. We value a respectful and collegial working environment and are looking for a VA that shares our values.


We are looking for an exceptional, talented, and hard-working VA to assist us with the following general administrative tasks:



  1. Data entry

  2. Writing blog posts

  3. Responding to customer emails


We are offering a salary of $250 USD per month for 20 hours of work per week (4 hours of work Monday-Friday). We are located in the Pacific Standard Timezone but the hours of work would be in your timezone.


While we expect to initially require 20 hours per week of assistance, we are looking for someone who could grow with our company and become a highly valued and trusted member of our team.


Accordingly, for the right person, we will be happy to expand this to a full time position (and of course increase the pay).
