Working with a fast growing financial services company we require someone to do the following 1. Manage our rental property, incoming rents and expenses. Record data accurately. 2. Contact non payers of rent via all methods of communication to ensure payment of rent. 3. Record income and expenses for accounting purposes.

  1. Help manage diary, and emails or organise travel.
  2. Process and submit business applications online, chase accordingly and contact providers to see what stage submitted applications have reached.
  3. Prepare client response and summary letters to ensure files are kept up to date

Ideally working part time to commence with and hours increase as workload grows.

TIME ZONE: GMT SALARY: happy to pay weekly Skills needed; Good at computer and data input,. Great excel, word skills. Great PC skills, accurate. Good english and maths.

Working with a financial services company you will be assisting in the processing of new client applications. We have a UK based advisor and one additional one training however being inundated with regular new clients we need someone to manage our client applications and client relationships. This will involve liasing with providers and clients to ensure applications are submitted as quickly and smoothly as possible.
