Looking for a social media manager to help our London, Lincoln UK and Singapore offices with general administration tasks.
We are a medium-sized property consultancy with property lettings and management arm of around 1300+ properties in the UK. Our owner is based in Singapore. Our General Manager is Filipino and Owner is Aussie. We also have a Tyre Retail store in Australia. We also have a team of Filipino remote workers.
Hours of work will normally straddle the Asia/ UK timezone but it's flexible.
We are not your usual estate agency in that the majority of our business is selling new build and off-plan developments as well as then managing them. We also do various developments and refurbishments around London and commuter.
Tasks will include:
Working hours are flexible but would need to include at least 3 hours in UK timezone (GMT) each day, usually, the mornings would be fine but flexibility in hours is fine.
Salary would be full time monthly with the 13th month paid on the anniversary of your year or Christmas (pro-rata).
Must have a good knowledge of Adobe Suite, MS Word and Excel including Office 365 and Google Sheets & Docs.
