Boost Media Group is looking for an executive assistant who has directly supported executives and is experienced in a wide range of administrative activities including calendaring, organization, project management, email correspondence, and document creation.
In addition, we are looking for an executive assistant who is tech savvy and can learn how to utilize tools required in the job.
Good experience in conducting searches, running reports, sending out email blasts, and managing records.

Boost Media Group is a digital marketing company and so the operations of the company goes across multiple departments, therefore, it is very important that you are able to work and assist the Operations Manager in juggling tasks across the different departments as well.
Our virtual assistants work with a high degree of autonomy and are responsible for developing relationships with our managers, contractors and team members.
Because we are an extremely fast-paced company, you must be available to respond to communications promptly throughout the work schedule of the Operations Manager and certainly relay information relevant across departments and with the Operations.
All of this work is done remotely (online home-based job).
The selected candidate would be hired as an independent contractor.
We are looking for somebody who has at least 20 - 30 hours per week of availability.

-Ability to work independently with limited oversight
-3+ years of experience as an executive assistant to an executive or Operations Manager specifically.
-Experience using Zoho Suite for conducting searches, running reports, sending out email blasts, and managing records, etc.
-Knowledge of both Microsoft Office and the Google suite of programs
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Your own laptop and smart phone with broadband access to Internet
