JOB TYPE

-Hours: 8 hours per day


ROLE
Your role is of a full time, home based Executive Assistant


ALLOWANCES:
-Communication Allowance
-Travel Allowance (for monthly meeting with COO)


WORK HOURS: *Schedule may change without prior notice
MONDAY – FRIDAY: 8AM – 5PM (incl. of 1 hour lunch break)

SATURDAY: 9AM – 2PM


REQUIRED SKILLS
 Highly Efficient and Organized
 Highly fluent in English & Tagalog
 Fast learner
 Goal oriented, able to work independently
 100% Team Player
 Advantage: familiar with different areas within Metro Manila, including routes, average traffic info, etc.
 Good working knowledge of MS Excel and different social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
 Must have consistent home internet speed of at least 10mbps
 Must have strong cellular signal at home (at least 4 bars at any time)


RESPONSIBILITIES
This Role comprises the following responsibilities which are but not limited to:
1. GUEST COMMUNICATIONS
 Conduct Guest communications in online listing platforms such as Airbnb, Agoda, HomeAway, etc.
 Conduct Guest bookings, and coordinate Check In and Check Out times and other required information and tasks to Guests
 Write reviews for Guests after Check Out
2. DAILY SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT FOR OPERATIONS
 Updates and manages the Operations Team’s calendar
 Plan and coordinate the weekly and daily tasks and schedule for each member of the Operations Team Housekeeping Executives) with high efficiency, productivity, and timeliness as the 3 major priorities in executing the aforementioned tasks.
 Coordinate info between Operations and Guests in a manner that is efficient and productive
 Create required Authorization Letters for Guest registrations at properties where this is required
3. ONLINE AND SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
 Promote HostPro and the company services on different Social Media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
 Research daily news, articles, posts, and relevant information and submit to the COO for approval before posting
 Answer direct inquiries received on HostPro’s official Social Media Accounts
4. ORGANIZE AND ATTEND WEEKLY MANCOM
 The Mancom comprises all members of the company, and will have to be attended by the Executive Assistant (via Video Conference).
5. BASIC ADMIN
 Update Client List
 Update and record list of Potential Clients for Follow Up
 Manage the schedule of the COO


MONTHLY FIXED SALARY: PHP 13,500 (50% paid on the 15th, 50% paid on the 30th)


*Any absences incurred during Work Days will automatically be offset from the Monthly Fixed Salary.
