As a growing firm that provides independent financial advice and a range of wealth management solutions to clients across the UK. Established since 2003. We serve clients throughout the UK and are looking for a fantastic team of assistants to support our growth.
The successful candidate will join the Client Administration Team which is responsible for the day to day administration of our Wealth Planning Advisers’ clients. They will support the Advisers to enable them to provide financial advice to clients within compliant guidelines set by the Regulator and the Company.
To ensure that all meetings, enquiries and subsequent dealings with clients and other third parties are conducted in a professional manner and comply with the Company’s procedures.
Updating back office systems with changes to client portfolios.
Preparing paperwork pre and post client appointments.
Submitting new business applications and tracking their progress.
General administrative duties and other ad hoc work as required from time to time
Good written and verbal communication skills. Excellent English skills.
Good organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn new systems and processes.
Previous experience of Adviser Office an advantage
Previous experience as a financial services administrator would be preferred.
