We are a large eBay and Amazon company based in the United Kingdom and we are looking for someone to manage our customer services department. We are looking for a long term partnership with someone who is experienced, driven, can think for their self and has very good English, reading and writing skills,
Daily tasks will involve answering queries from customers both on eBay and Amazon through our Xsellco software, which is very easy to use and has all the questions from both marketplaces in one place. Some questions are in foreign languages other than English so must be translated with Google Translator or alike and replied to in the original language. The applicant only needs to be able to read and write in English as software will translate any other languages. At least 90% of questions are in English.
Working days would be Monday to Friday (Sunday could also be an option). Monday is the busiest day and would require 3 hours Tuesday and Wednesday would require 2 hours per day and Thursday and Friday 1.5 hours each. So 10 hours approximately per week. This role can grow and more hours will be needed once the first part is working well.
We would need to discuss working hours as we are quite flexible. The working hours would be in the normal working day time frame of a Philippe.
Payment terms - Every 2 weeks by PayPal.
Payment $6 USD Per Hour.
