Kemella is a growing Women’s Fashion Boutique based in Queensland Australia and requires an experienced full-time Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our small team who work together collaboratively to achieve results and grow our brand..

Key responsibilities of this role include:

-This is a newly created position; make your mark on this brand-new role!

-Report directly to the CEO and Managing Director

-Assist in various communications and marketing projects

-Create, review & post engaging content for Social Media pages.

-Daily monitoring of Social Media

-Work with the team to develop and implement marketing campaigns designed to increase lead generation and sales.

-Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools and, best practices

-Providing marketing and administration support

-Assist with the conceptualisation, planning and implementation of marketing campaigns

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

-Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, IT, or Business will be an advantage

-Experience with Social Media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube and Google Business

-Knowledge of platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and implementation of paid social campaigns

-A strong understanding of social media algorithms including trends and strategies

-Have experience in social and analytics tools

-Excellent written communication skills with the ability to lead and create content

-Excellent verbal skills with a can-do attitude to problem solving and providing excellent service to our clients

-Ability to work independently as well as in a team
