Job Overview

- Part-time VA needed, strong potential for future full-time position
- The position consists of typing information related to real estate, including:
1) neighborhood information,
2) minor economic indicators (rents, vacancy, etc.), and
3) data entry of real estate information into an on-line database (data entry)
- The position pays approximately $2 to $3 US per hour (~ ₱106 to ₱160 per hour)
depending on qualifications and work experience

- Must be a college graduate
- At least one year of experience with data entry
- English fluency is a must
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Detail oriented
- Good at reading maps (Google Maps)
- Consistent and reliable

- Windows based PC is necessary (Mac or Chromebook will not work)
- Microsoft Office 2016 (Work and Excel)
- Own internet connection
- Skype
- No travel required

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Light research on real estate databases, Google, and Google Maps
- Use word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to assist in preparing reports:
1) Input data from various sources into on-line database
2) Type descriptions of neighborhoods, market conditions, and various property attributes
into Word (you will receive the basic information from us)
3) Copy a small amount of data into Excel and edit a small chart

- Once proficient – each project will take approximately 8 to 12 hours.
- Approximately 10 hours/week to start, 20 hours per week once proficient
- Strong likelihood of future full-time position
- Required turnaround: 1 to 2 days after receiving project (timeliness is very important)
