We are a small cleaning company and we are looking for a dynamic person to join our team and follow our cleaners during the daily operation. You will need to be in front the computer all the time and answer messages within 2 minutes. You need to have a good internet connection and comfortable over the phone.
This is a full time job position 5 day per week (Saturday and Sunday as working day)
From 9.30am to 5.30pm (Sydney Australia time) rotating day off. Paid $600AUD per month.
Here is a list of your tasks:
1) Obtains list of properties to be cleaned immediately (Priority Check in properties / if possible early requests)
2) Coordinates work activities among departments (Call centre, Head office)
3) Evaluates records to forecast department personnel requirements (Daily performance P&L)
4) Advises operations manager, call center, or admitting personnel of rooms ready.
5) Records data daily regarding after cleans, personnel actions, and time cards, and prepares periodic reports.
6) Organises Stock take reports for newer listing properties with high attention to detail.
7) Calls and follows up with the cleaning team and relaying over any issues to clients via Email or through phone call.
