Job Overview


My name is Jonathan. I am a Real Estate Broker for Citi Habitats, one of the largest rental brokerages in NYC. I recently found the need to hire someone to take over all of my marketing so I can focus on other aspects of growing my business. Experience with Real estate syndication platforms is preferred, but It is pretty intuitive, and I do not mind giving basic training. Must be familiar with posting to websites like Craigslist, Zillow, Streeteasy, Naked Apartments, Zumper and Renthop. Some are specific to NYC, but they all function in a similar way. I can provide some training as well. Basic photo editing skills required.

I will be needing you to: 1. identify open listings using my company's database. 2. Market these listings on the web to potential renters.
3. (Eventually) handle pre-qualification of clients, and general responses to lead inquiry and possibly scheduling appointments.

I will be expecting anywhere from 40-50 posts per day, several days a week. Stable internet connection and working computer is a MUST HAVE.
