Job Overview

Attorney office in Los Angeles needs a fluent Spanish and English Full-Time customer service representative from 8:30 to 5 PST.


Job requires handling incoming calls and returning calls to clients generally regarding status of their Social Security Disability case. Duties may also include:


.Client interviewing and intake
.Data entry
.Answering client calls, calling client regarding case status
.Completing appeal forms and other forms
.Ordering and filing medical records


Qualifications include:
- Excellent oral, written and telephone communications
- Word, Microsoft Office experience
- Outgoing, friendly demeanor
- customer service or receptionist experience
- Excellent telephone skills
