Looking for a Personal Assistant to manage set of business and personal tasks.
Working schedule will be Sunday to Thursday from 8-30 AM to 5-30 PM (GTM+4 time zone), equivalent to 12-50 PM to 9-30 PM Philippines Time (GTM+8).
Business tasks include but not limited to:
1. E-mail management: a. Send and respond to e-mails b. Track responses c. Follow-up on no-reply 2. Calendar management: a. Set meeting invites in Outlook b. Manage schedule conflicts 3. Writing assignments: a. Writing minutes of the meeting b. Preparing newsletters c. Working on proposal documents 4. Event organizing 5. PowerPoint presentations: a. Building presentations b. Polishing presentations 6. Excel assignments: a. Perform data entry and analysis
1. Appointments booking 2. Managing travel 3. Managing bills and expenses 4. Internet research
1. Excellent written and verbal English 2. Good command of office tools, especially Outlook, One Note, Excel, Powerpoint
1. 450 USD monthly 2. Yearly bonus based on performance
