Seeking executive level administrative assistant to provide a wide array of support functions to the owner of two small US Based businesses specializing in real estate brokerage and legal document preparation services.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify and adapt too emerging trends in technology and E-Commerce. Be a fast learner and good in analyzing details, Adaptable to change in anticipated work flow and growing into new tasks as become necessary, be a self-starter that can take the lead on potential at times limited instruction and provide initialization for execution, and good organization skills. Detail oriented and will not lose focus with repetitive tasks. Dynamic and energetic approach to their position.

Description of Tasks:

Preparing Presentations via Slide Show or Other Media Database Management Locate & Designate, When Appropriate, External Resources to Execute Tasks Not Possible By Maintain & Update Lists on Weekly Basis Research Function as a Personal Assistant to Owner E-Commerce Administration Form Drafting & Editing Online Directory Management General Administrative Assistance Data Entry Budget Analysis Report Compilations Lead Management Data Backup Budget Analysis Financial Statement & Report Generation Compliance Management Tech Support & Troubleshooting Email Support & Management Technical Writing Blogging Website Maintenance & Upgrades Invoicing Bill Paying Bookkeeping Maintaining Schedule of Due Dates, Deadlines, & Drafting and Filing of Business License Reports & Documents Expertise in These Areas an Optional Plus But Not Required: SEO/PPC, Social Media Maintenance Initially Phone Support Directly to Clients not Anticipated & This May Shift In Future. Regular, Email, Phone & Skype Interface with Company Staff. Must Have Knowledge In These Software & Platforms EFax Tapedeck MS Picture Manager DocuSign Excel MS Word Adobe PDF & Acrobat Power Point Vidyard MS Outlook TeamViewer Zipform Multiple Listing Service (MLS) PayPal Unity Cisco Messaging WordPress PPC Ability to provide tech support services and troubleshooot around these types of applications is essential.

Salary: Ultimately Seeking Long Term Full Time Assistant, Whom is Open to the Initial Training Period Being Part Time until Training Has Commenced. Salary may escalate after you have established seniority with us.

Must Have Access to Computer, Reliable Internet Connection, Telephone, Scanner and/or FAX.

Schedule Flexible, Some Availablity During M-F 8:30-5:30 CST a Plus But Can Work Around Your Availability & Your Local Time Zone as Some Tasks Can be Done on Your Own Time

Monthly Salary Negotiable W/Bonuses TBD upon Experience & Skill Level Willing to Pay to Test Skills & Train Salary to be Paid Weekly to Bi-Monthly
