Job Overview


  • Provide email customer support to our clients

  • Provide live chat customer service to our clients

  • Check bookings are correct

  • Database monitoring & management


  • Work 9am to 5:30pm UAE time from Sunday to Thursday (Fri / Sat days off)




  • Will need the below skills




  • Great English communication skills



  • Eye for details

  • Punctual in replying to our customers

  • Ability to work autonomously & remotely

  • Happy to take phone calls
