Job Overview

We are NZ’s leading Natural Health diagnostic service provider and we are looking for a lead generation expert, who is experienced in appointment booking and CRM management. The position will also include customer service and administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is highly organised and self motivated
  • has impeccable English language skills both spoken and written
  • is skilled and experienced in lead generation, lead management and appointment booking
  • has proven customer service skills
  • is warm, friendly and engaging
  • Is confident making non-scripted phone calls
  • is able to work well autonomously and under pressure
  • has expertise in CRM management
  • has great administrative skills and is able to multi-task
  • can work within the NZ/AU time zone
