Currently we are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Recruitment Sourcer. The role reports to the HR Manager and supports the day to day recruitment process. This is a great opportunity to grow with us.
• Develop draft job descriptions from the job book and seek job description approval from hiring manager • Upload job postings to designated job boards and social media • Source candidates from various resources including, but not limited to: LinkedIn, industry job-boards, internet research, employee referrals, networks, etc. • Short-list candidates and refer them for phone interviews with recruitment team • File the information in the candidates database • Conduct employment reference checks • Update resumes in company template format • Provide weekly update on the recruitment progress on various job openings • Support any other activities assigned to you relevant to your role EXPERIENCE • More than 2 years of experience in a client facing professional environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Possess professional and positive attitude, and an energetic personality • Advanced technical skills in MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to quickly learn new tools and software • Strong organizational skills and attention to details EDUCATION • Minimum of College Degree We are in Toronto Canada - EST Zone and work 8:30 to 4:30 PM
