We are a growing furniture company located in Phoenix, AZ (US-Mountain Standard Time) looking for part-time virtual employee to assist our accounting department. The ideal candidate will be motivated and proactive, having the desire to grow and take on additional duties as opportunities arise. The working hours are flexible, with approximately 20 hours per week. This is a long-term position with growth opportunity.
Process bank funding of in-house financing program -
Daily Cash Drawer Balancing -
Assists in monthly balance sheet reconciliation -
Assist Accounting Manager in Month End Closing -
Prepare monthly expense accruals -
Assist in monthly Sales Tax preparation and entry -
Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, strong Microsoft Excel skills and have at least two years experience in G/L Accounting and Bank Reconciliations. We are also looking for someone with previous ERP experience (SAP, QAD, Oracle, JD Edwards, Great Plains, etc).
