Job Overview

We are looking for a result driven Sales Associate with IT / Call Center background to be responsible for all sales activities and sales associate duties, from lead generation, market research, sales strategies, through to close.

The successful candidate will be entirely responsible for the different aspects of sales process and be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet client’s expectations.

Responsibilities and duties:

IT or Call Center background is a definite assist. (Knowledge of ACD, IVR, WFM)
Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential sales.
Make sales calls to new clients, schedule a site visits to present our Software product.
Generate and qualify leads, source and develop client referrals.
Gather current marketplace information on newly introduced products, delivery schedules, pricing, and merchandising techniques in order to monitor competition.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet sales goals.
Possess strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales.
Ability to maintain a neat and presentable personality.
Strong persistence in dealing with people and not giving up easily.
Possess self-confidence, positive mentality, with the ability to manage territories effectively.
Effective communication with customers, as well as strong follow-up skills.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and Build productive trust relationships with customers.

Minimum 5 years Sales experience - Preferably in Call Centre / IT field
In depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, hardworking, enthusiastic, with the ability to perform multiple assignments at the same time.
Carry out market research, prepare sales action plans and strategies.
Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
Develop and make presentations of the company products and services to potential clients.
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.

This Job will pay between US$200 and US$500 per month depending on part time/ full time basis. Working hours are between 20 and 40 hours per week. Salary will paid at the end of each month after receipt of weekly reports from employee detailing all required updates on agreed upon Sales activities.
