Hello, I would like to hire 2 - 3 sales assistants. Task will include watching emails for possible client responses, answering questions they have, quoting projects for them, assigning out the projects, handle the back and forth/answer questions, then making sure we follow-up once the project is done to try and get them as reoccurring clients. Must be available during EST hours, must reply to the client within an hour or so (can't wait hours and days since that is poor customer service), must have excellent English as far as writing because you are representing me and my company, must be organized. The first few weeks will probably only be about 1 - 3 hours but it will grow as we get more clients. Eventually it will be 30 - 40 hours per week.
