Bookeeper/Admin with experience with Quickbooks and Excel

Job Overview

Hi ,
We are a young and dynamic company and we are looking for a part time Bookeeper/admin to join our team.
This is for a desk position for 4 hours per day Modnay to Friday.


• Accounts payable/receivable
• Data entry in ‘Quickbooks’
• Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures to aid the team as required.
• Bank reconciliation
• Assisting with general accounts and administrative duties
• Invoicing
• Monthly reports

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Have a minimum 1 – 2 years experience in a similar role
• Attention To detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to respond to internal and external queries
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Prior experience using QuickBooks
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Stable Internet connection
• Quite working space
• TEAM first mentality

As this and a roster for days and start and finish times is negotiable, it may be particularly suitable for a person with carer responsibilities.
