We are a Baltimore, Maryland based property management company looking for the right individual to join our growing team.


As an AP/AR clerk, you will be responsible for the following;


Posting utility bills
Posting invoices from vendors
Creating invoices
Accessing charges to clients and tenants ledgers
Assisting with end of the year 1099 preparation
Assisting with client statement preparation
Overseeing payment of water bills


This position will start out full time and will be moving into full time by March 2019


Applicants should be able to follow our established process and procedures
A degree in accounting is preferred however we will consider candidates with a strong background in a previous bookkeeping position.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
