Our real estate company is looking for an energetic, efficient and competitive individual to be our Inside Sales Agent or Outbound Appointment Setter. The leads will be provided on a daily basis and the task is pretty simple - call the leads and schedule appointments either for a preview, a listing agreement meeting or a buyer's meeting. This is not a short term project, we are looking for a permanent employee that will be subject to performance appraisals every 6th and 12th month of working for us.
Working Hours : 9am to 6pm
Salary Payment Dates: 5th and 20th

Make outbound predetermined contact number calls to a number of prospective clients from websites or automated dialing system and promoting our service to set up a meeting between the potential lead and the member of our sales team.
Deliver prepared sales scripts that promote our service to persuade potential leads to make business with us in buying or selling a property.
Adjust or tweak scripts to better target the needs and interests of potential leads to get more appointments.
Data Entry – Encoding or entry of data of any appointments he or she has made throughout the day including additional contacts to be nurtured in our CRM for drip campaign.
Follow up with potential leads calling them once a month to convert into appointments.
Lead generation - Obtain name and telephone number of potential leads from sources such as FMLS and other websites that will be provided.
Solid background on sales and customer service for at least 3 years
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Can deal effectively with high stress situations
Has a proven track record of hitting monthly goals
