Job Overview

Dear Sir or Madam

We are based in the UK so UK time zone

Not sure about how many hours per day yet, but we are certainly looking to grow the business / 4hr per day to start with.

Salary payment date / the same date of the month on which the job starts

Microsoft office literate / avid researcher /polite and courteous / well-spoken / smart.

 

Background:

We are a small family run business with portfolio of properties in the UK. I undertake all of the tasks currently, while my husband has a full time job.

It is time restraining due to a new addition to our family - hence I will need help. 

The job will entail you to make and take phone calls, set up appointments, do a research, answer emails, bookkeeping. Remember that I am currently undertaking all of these tasks so it will take time for the transition period to come in effect - I will still help, especially with phone calls.

We have also ventured in holiday lets recently, with one property, for the time being. We are currently advertising with Airbnb and but I would like us to feature on all of the short lets portals. This is where the person taking this job will help with. Most of the information around the apartment is already featuring on Airbnb and but we will need to add attractions, events and anything interesting in the surrounding areas in order to make the apartment more appealing. Also researching our direct competitors’ prices to make sure we are priced competitively. We are already up and running and have bookings. I would like the apartment fully booked throughout the year - hence will need help with advertising it on numerous short let portals. I am in the process of setting up an account with Siteminder, a channel manager, which will deal with one important aspect of the business / bookings.

Note: we have a Waste clearance business as well that we haven’t paid too much attention too. We would like someone to undertake that role of advertising the services / google ad words and other appropriate portals to generate more business.
