Casual to permanent position depending on job skills to complete the administrative role for an air conditioning & electrical business which would involve the following:

- Invoicing from xero and using WhatsApp with attaching photos to invoices 

 - Organizing orders from wholesalers 

- Quoting using excel

- Systems and processes in place 

- Suggestions of programs or apps to help with work productivity
