Job Overview


I'm looking for a virtual assistant to help me both with my business and personal tasks.

Some of the tasks (but not limited to) would be:

  • creating lists, documents, templates

  • researching

  • helping with shopping lists

  • liasing with others

  • managing an online calendar

  • preparing business manuals

  • implementing good systems and processes to streamline work

  • booking appointments if necessary

  • accounts set-up

Additional task, if you have relevant skills or are willing to learn, is:

  • editing videos for my blog and social media (mainly cutting and compressing files, basic editing)


I'm looking for someone:

  • with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize

  • reliable

  • trustworthy

  • hard-working

  • with great attention to details

  • able to work to tight deadlines

  • able to work independently without constant reminders

  • proactive

  • willing to learn

  • willing to improve processes and come up with ideas

  • able to analyze data, narrow down information and pull out only necessary information 

  • confident with Microsoft Office, Google Drive

  • confident with technology and apps

  • friendly

  • who can edit videos (it's desirebale skill but not essential)
