We are a development team that creates software for WordPress used by various small businesses. We're looking for someone to join our team to handle technical customer support & troubleshooting.
The type of person we're looking for will have strong skills in WordPress development and advanced configuration, have some basic experience in programming as well as technical troubleshooting with regards to software. While important, people and writing skills are secondary, not primary for us.
