OUR COMPANY:

We run an online store that sells toys and collectibles. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be in charge of answering customer emails. You will need to learn our support desk system and throughly learn all Macro preset responses so you can properly answer all customer emails. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Please only apply for this job if you are very fluent in english and write with very proper grammar. Many support tickets will be long and complex and will require a deep understanding of english to properly grasp the customer's needs.
