The Cloud Service Delivery Coordinator will receive customer requests either through email or chat.
He/She will properly record the request in our service delivery software, prioritize, oversee, and coordinate customer requests with a high level of customer service and communication.
Job duties will frequently cross all facets of the company requiring a broad range of technical skills, with the core duties encompassing the day-to-day coordination of technical support.
Other responsibilities will include system administration, customer communications, process improvement, reporting / analysis, testing, and documentation.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Technologies is a must (Windows Server, Office365, SQL Server, AntiVirus Software, Backup Solution, ...).
Previous experience with a Managed Service Provider is a plus.
