Job Overview

We are a proud Canadian company engage in on-demand services through mobile app and web based platform that connects our customer with service providers in a real time based on proximity and availability. We’re looking for fresh and experienced talent to join our growing team!

Plays a critical role supporting the scheduling and administration the processing staffing requests, scheduling contractors. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Staffing Coordinator provides timely client and contractor communications. 

You’ll be working on things like:

·         Assisting with recruiting by sourcing, selecting, and coordinating with candidates

·         utilizing your great interpersonal skills to create a seamless candidate experience

·         Collaborating with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure recruiting success

·         Assisting with onboarding, background and reference checks, health and safety

·         Delivering attentive and seamless HR support to the HR team, employees and managers

·         Championing our culture and values and ensuring every people decision is based on data

·         Providing administrative support and projects to the Director of HR as needed

·         Reviewing our people policies, systems and programs to ensure we are delivering the best work experience for our people

·         Managing two email inboxes relating to staffing inquiries (external) and contractor communications (internal)

·         Investigating and resolving scheduling conflicts, 

·         Liaising with all clients and contractors in a professional, respectful, and solutions-focused manner

·         Verifying payment details to contractors and to resolve payments related issues efficiently

·         

 

You Have:

·         An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field

·         Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, collaboration, communication and organizational skills

·         Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to be self-directed, reliable and accountable

·         Strong attention to detail and a dedication to providing exceptional service to candidates and employees

·         High levels of integrity, honesty, tact, and diplomacy, with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

·          The ability to start immediately and work Monday to Saturday (8:30 am - 5 pm) EST (Canada / Toronto)
